At Jack Black, we stand behind the quality of our premium grooming products and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your products.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
